Journaling and Reflection
Writing down things, journaling and creating vision boards are great ways to redirect towards positive things and allows you to reflect
Some suggestions for journaling prompts or activites you could do:
- - Working through a tough decision: Pros and cons list
- - Struggling with negativity: Make a list of things you are thankful for
- - Create a Pinterest mood board of your life in the future as modivation to keep going
- - Create a mood board or memory board in Canva
- - Write down your frustrations and things that make you upset and
then delete the note (or crumble it up if its paper)
- - Journal what you are feeling and dealing with to help with self-awareness and
to give you clarity or even perspective
- - Creative writing: Write a short story, a song, or maybe a poem
